Manufacturing defect
We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, or negligence. If you receive a defective product due to workmanship or material, please email us at enquiry@idfast.com.sg and quote your order reference number within 3 business days from the day you received the product.
Shipping the wrong item/missing item
If you received a different product from your order, or if something is missing from your order, please notify us at enquiry@idfast.com.sg and quote your order reference number within 3 business days from the day you received the product.
