Shipping Rates  

Shipping rates are based on a per piece basis and excludes registered mail fee which is chargeable upon check-out.  

Delivery Time  

All orders are shipped on business days only, i.e. Monday to Friday.  

While we do all we can to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered to you on time, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame, especially during peak season.  

We try to ship internationally. If, for any reason, we are unable to do so, you will be notified. International delivery time varies between countries and can be any time from 7-21 days as determined by the postal service.  

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time, we shall not be liable to any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.  

Change of Destination  

Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.  

Duties and Taxes  

In the event that duties and taxes are levied by your local customs authority, these will be payable by you. We will include an invoice on the packaging stating the price of the items for customs declaration.
